There are many attractions, sights and activities within a short distance of Bandholm Stellplatz – in fact you can be anywhere on Lolland within half an hour. In Maribo, which is only 10 minutes away, you can see Maribo Cathedral and afterwards sail a tour with the tour boat Anemonen, which takes you around the entire Nature Park Maribo Lakes.

Experience the Maribo Lakes by water in a canoe, kayak, on a SUP board or a water bike from Maribo Kano. You can also experience the Smålandsfarvand’s many islands with a canoe, kayak, boat or a SUP board from Kragenæs Marina Kano.

A short drive from the motorhome site you can see over 1000 animals in Knuthenborg Safari Park or experience the water park Lalandia Aquadome. The large monument Dodecalith, comparable to Stonehenge, is also nearby. On West Lolland you can take a boat trip around Nature Park Nakskov Fjord with the Post Boat, and if you drive to Falster, Marielyst is a must visit.

It is also recommended to go island hopping by taking one of the small, cozy ferries to Fejø, Femø or Askø – or bring your kayak or stand up paddle board, as there are good conditions for this everywhere on the coast of Lolland. Come out and enjoy nature!
